Down the Rabbit Hole Changes...BIG Changes
Okay, I’m posting this massive post about this series because I got two versions written, and none of it was based off of the teaser I posted months ago.
One version is a Child!Reader, roughly starting at age 4, season 4. And I’m hitting creative blocks when it comes to writing a child!reader in the episodic rewrite of the show Supernatural. Plus, I have the most shittiest of memories. I can’t for the life of me remember certain episodes, even the ones I watched back-to-back.
The other version is a Reader, so the reader is not only a female, but also is an adult. I usually leave the age up for interperataion with you as the reader. Which is why I HIGHLY recommend readers to be over the age of 18. And I’m not responsible for what you read. You are responsible for your actions. That’s how life works.
But anyways, with that being said…The Teaser is going to be its own thing. Maybe I’ll write it again, it’s a big maybe. Considering my ADHD’s out of sight out of mind mindset has become quite the hurdle to overcome when it comes to writing.
What to expect?
Well, my hiatus is still going on. I’m busy with the adulting thing called work. It’s tiring and draining. (Don’t take offense to my writing, I’m a very sarcastic person. And I like making people laugh and smile.) But I’ll post those stories when their ready.
Brief summaries – Child!Reader: After running away from her abusive father, Y/N runs out into the fields and not looking where she was running, runs into a well. Teleporting to another world, Bobby Singer and Dean Winchester discover the 4-year-old girl in the bottom of the well, learn of the events in her life and take her in.
Dean x Reader version: Y/N is down on her luck. Being abandoned at a young age, aged out of the foster care system, struggling to get a job while being homeless and broke. Like a sign from a higher power telling her to not give up, Y/N spots a sign of a fortune teller selling spells and charms. The madam fortune teller offers a gem as a one-way token to pass through a Bone Eater’s Well into a whole new world best suited for her. But she’s a bit taken aback when she passes through the well waking up in Hell and about to be tortured by the Righteous Man, Dean Winchester.
Honestly, I’m digging both stories, but like I said, the child!reader one I hit a creative block but have ideas and plans for the other one. One major change is the reader has no idea what the show Supernatural is. That’s the only take away.
To wrap this wordy-ass post up, this should be the last update about Down the Rabbit Hole. Unless something else comes up, like if I’m retiring from writing or some shit. Which I highly doubt. I love writing stories. It’s therapeutic in a way. It’s a great escape for me, and I hope you guys like what I post…okay, that was a dumb thing to say after getting up to 330+ followers. Thank you for the follow, I am far too humble of a person to feel like I deserve a following. And I still think my writing is not worth the follow. But that’s my imposter syndrome talking. Seriously, thank you guys.
