HE’S UNDERESTIMATED HER, of course it hadn’t been the first time--- but that first time held undertones of sadness ; of nothing that he had ever wanted to be on the receiving end of. he wasn’t that important anyways right? he hates that he even has to ask himself that, that he feels the need to produce the words from his lips outloud to her. there was always that nagging feeling in the back of his mind, even as they lay tangled in bed. her head to his chest, he holds her hand to his chest, just over the gunshot scar, inches from his beating heart. « how long? » how long within the two years did you give up hope? not an ounce of anger, he’s too tired to be angry, not with a solemn glance to his wheelchair, not when his energy needs to be DEVOTED to walking again. // @accidentprcne
