okay so holy shit
not even a day after i make this blog and i nearly shift
i tried shifting last night- i simply played a no method subliminal and tried to clear my mind with a sleeping mask on
i tried to keep persisting in my mind that i was in my WR/DR, but i think that just kept me distracted and awake, so i tried to just... be
then i felt my body doing the weird falling feeling, my limbs were twitching, and my eyes kept getting the lights! this hadn't happened in awhile so i was excited but tried to stay calm
then i saw something in my vision
i dont have the best visualization but i saw a blue silhouette of someone, i think they were trying to talk to me but i couldn't tell
i'm pretty sure it was Frisk 🥺
the symptoms kept happening but it started to die out until i went to sleep
i think the symptoms went away because i got scared of the lights- my heart started beating a lot and my breathing got hard
i was unsuccessful, but i will shift!!! i'm getting so close, i'm so excited!!! shifting is real!
