“With no-mind, blossoms invite the butterfly;
With no-mind the butterfly visits the blossoms.
When the flower blooms, the butterfly comes;
When the butterfly comes, the flower blooms.”
— Ryōkan
Dudjom Rinpoche points to three essential aspects of meditation :
Stillness - resting in the natural state
Movement - when thoughts arise
Awareness - recognizing both
But there is a subtle trap.
Sometimes we experience a state with no thoughts...
yet there is also no awareness.
This is not realization it is dullness.
When this happens, don't stay there.
Sharpen your attention.
Straighten your posture.
Wake up your awareness.
Because true practice is not the absence of thought
it is the clear knowing of whatever arises.
In the space of no-mind, truth descends like light Osho
you don't have to fulfill anything or anyone. no inner man, no outer man. you are already fulfilled. detach and disidentify from the stories that say you're not. you're fulfillment itself.
“If thinking disappears, the ‘I’ also disappears.”
