When you live ‘as’ the SELF ‘only’ … there is never any NEXT. If the false self has a scenario it enjoys for a moment, it is always looking to somehow extend it somehow into other moments, often through making plans and agendas or through establishing relationships. This may seem normal but for the SELF it resembles the prison it once occupied.

 The SELF knows IT is NOT separated from anything and that IT ‘is’ Freedom IT SELF … that there are no binding-ties at all and that what will come … WILL come of its own accord, always in perfect harmony with each moment.

 What the false self plans can be broken and in this there is attachment and expectation with the anxiety of hoped for outcomes. None of this ‘touches’ the SELF who is always intimate with what ‘is’.
