He ignored the pains in his chest for weeks and never told us. He didn’t want to visit a doctor. Didn’t think it was a big deal, didn’t want to take the time. Now he’s gone. 

Please, never ever ignore these things. Don’t brush them aside. Don’t say “I’ll get it checked later”. Don’t put the people who love you through hell.
