"The hotel wasn't even full. I don't know why I didn't have a view as a gold member." Yes sir absolutely, I'm definitely sure you knocked on all the doors to verify we were not full. I'm sorry all our guests were at work and not crammed in the lobby where you could see them to prove how full we are. I'm especially sorry you booked in the middle of downtown where we are surrounded by buildings and you didn't have a better "view" of...the other buildings.

Arrived at my training and they've put me in the same room 🙄, I was hoping for a different view from the window at least 😅
