Alright so it's day 11 or 12 maybe of not eating grain.
Gluten free for over a week. I definitely can't eat that stuff. Because it absolutely wrecks my health.
But...I have noticed something.
I'm losing weight. Now...due to having a gluten intolerance or Celiac. Losing weight is a symptom of going gluten free. But that's usually people who gain weight due to eating gluten. However I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum. I'm already thin. As people put it "skin and bones." The most "fat" I have. Is my muscles. No wonder I'm cold all the time.
I don't know if I'm burning wheat fat or what. If that's the even a thing. Should I be losing weight. Hmm 🤔
