Beavertown No Wiser (4.8% abv) 

A dry hopped pilsner from this irrepressible London craft brewery, and srsly if you're at all familiar with Beavertown's hoppy beers you'll already know what to expect. Bright tropical and evergreen hops rule, there's grapefruit, papaya, lemon zest, grass, and pine, with light bready malts in support. It's crisp with moderate carbonation, light bodied, and dry to finish. Aye, I woulda liked a more creamy mouthfeel and those malts to have played a bigger part, ‘cause as it is it doesn't feel at all pilsner-ey, but hey, whatchagonnado? What it is, is an enjoyable, super-fresh tasting, and effortlessly refreshing brew, but it was always gonna be. It's just so damn Beavertown tasting.
