Tinned
A lazy Sunday. The Mouse didn’t feel like take-out nor cooking. Pantry diving. A tin of tuna and a tin of corn. Perfect. Corn and Tuna Easy, open two cans, one bowl. The only “customizing” The Mouse did was to sprinkle smoked paprika. Fast, easy, no cooking. 🙂 Be well, eat well. The Mouse.

Vegetable Eats
Well, mostly vegetables anyway. Lunch, Toaster Ovened Chick peas, Portuguese sausage, turnip, tomato, olives, green onions. Vegetable Soup Chick peas, wakame, frozen carrots, dried mushroom, turnip, frozen peas, chicken bullion. Both yum. 🙂 Be well, eat well. The Mouse.

Soup (No Recipe)
One of The Cat’s clients, brought over vegetables and fruit, including okra. The Mouse made soup, no recipe, just throwing “stuff” into the pot. Kale, okra, frozen cauliflower, honey turkey deli slices. “Vegetable Soup”, No Recipe Finished with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of dry roasted peanuts. Mmm. 🙂 Be well, eat well. The Mouse.

The Mouse, Playing in the Kitchen
The Mouse went slightly “wacko”. Tofu “Mash” Soft tofu, tin of pink salmon, can of spinach (no salt added). Too bad The Mouse didn’t have any chips to dip in. hehe. Be well, eat well. The Mouse.

No-Recipe
The Mouse, digging through the freezer, refridge, and pantry. Soba, wakame, choy sum, aburrage (deep fried tofu), and leftover kabocha tempura. The Cat’s Noodle Bowl Finished with olive oil, and toasted sesame oil. 🙂 Be well, eat well. The Mouse.
