Sunday blessings, friends! How can I pray for you this week? 🙏💗 True faithfulness to God has never been popular. Noah was a perfect example of this. His life’s work and decades-long project was only valued by the members of his immediate family. But faithfulness to God will reap life-giving benefits both in this life and the better one to come. Despite our sinfulness, God’s desire for us has always been to give us life and save us from death. It is why he created us. It is why he has always warned us to avoid the traps that will lead to our destruction. The rainbow is a gift from above that reminds us of this holy covenant. The desire to give us life. Those who twist God’s words to promote what is popular over what is right have been entrapped by the enemy’s deceptiveness. Although this month is popularizing very un-Christian values, we can use this time as an opportunity to follow Noah’s example of faith, hope, and Godly love in a dark and confused world. And if you are facing your own personal season of darkness, suffering, or persecution, remember that God’s promises are sure and unfailing. Even if it takes longer than you think you can hold out for, even if the world has long ago turned their back on you, God *always* rewards the faithful.
