A delightful and patriotic no-bake parfait featuring layers of angel food cake, creamy cheesecake filling, and vibrant fresh berries. Perfect for a festive treat without the need for baking!
Ingredients: 1 package 16 ounces angel food cake, cut into cubes. 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, softened. 1 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups whipped topping. 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced. 1 cup fresh blueberries. 1 cup fresh raspberries. 1 cup vanilla yogurt. Red and blue food coloring optional.
Instructions: Beat the cream cheese in a big bowl until it's smooth. After you add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, keep beating until everything is well mixed. It will be smooth and creamy after you add the whipped topping. You can make red and blue layers by adding red food coloring to half of the mixture and blue food coloring to the other half. Stack the angel food cake cubes, cream cheese mixture, diced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries in bowls or glasses that are meant to serve. Add more layers until the glasses are full, and then put a dollop of vanilla yogurt on top to finish. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve it. Add more berries as a garnish and serve cold.
