Ingredients: 1.5 lbs golden potatoes, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425F 220C. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper until well coated. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through. Serve hot and enjoy!
