It was such a pleasure to be part of the Nobelity Project's Feed the Peace gala last weekend. Yours truly did a lot of the graphic design for the event (including the table centerpieces) and then got to raise a lot of money with Turk and Christy Pipkin, Matthew McConaughey, Dan & Jean Rather, Ricard Linklater, Ron White, the Flatlanders and more. Dan Rather was awarded The Ann Richards Feed the Peace Award. Dan’s remarks about the American willingness of heart and where we stand right now in our beautiful country were incredibly moving: “This country needs you and your work right now; now more than ever, to carry on this tradition of willingness of heart, to tell it and to live it. And to hit that goal, I suggest that you and I and every decent American cannot and must not hesitate or waver or cower. Our CEO had great time visiting with @nobelityproject during their Feed the Peace Awards Dinner and Concert at the @fourseasons @fsaustin .
