He cards his fingers gently through Elijah's hair, expression neutral as he studies the original's face, his slight movements in sleep, everything. As tired as he is himself, it's one of those days he can't sleep at all thanks to the ungodly thrum of energy under his skin, like ants crawling all over him, but the sight of Elijah dozing against him soothes the awful feelings to barely anything.

Sarkis wasn't entirely sure that the vampire actually slept, honestly, but apparently he could. Another mystery solved.

It's kind of cute.

Sighing, he lets his eyes slip shut and continues to pet the vampire, aiming to rest just a little bit as well and maybe even drift off as well.
