I’ve only recently got into them so I don’t have much hcs yet. Also in my mind it’s a quite toxic ship because Bella’s love is more obsession than love and Alice is in a “I can fix her” perspective

- Most of their discussion is Alice trying to convince to “be a better person” and Bellatrix shutting her up by kissing her

- Bellatrix always skip the last five minutes of her class to go wait Alice outside of hers

- People at Hogwarts are so confused about them because the way they are always arguing make them look like enemies but wouldn’t enemies try to avoid each other rather than spend all of their free time together?

- Alice often tries on Bellatrix clothes and let her girlfriend do her makeup (seeing Alice all in goth is a huge turn on for Bella)

- They bake a lot together (Alice bakes and Bella is not allowed to do anything but watch)

- Bella who never seemed to show any interest in quidditch suddenly comes to every gryffindor game but always cheer for the opposite team (and actually wishes for them to win to see if it will manage to take Alice’s mood down)

- In addition to their usual small fight, they also have bigger fights when Alice is disappointed by something Bellatrix has done and not by her in-general values (like after she makes a mean comment to a muggleborn or sets on fire some first years’ assignment at the library on purpose). It genuinely hurts Bella because she thought that after this long dating each other maybe Alice would love every part of her. In these types of argument, unlike the smaller ones, Bellatrix fights back. She chooses her words specifically to hurt Alice back

- It never crossed any of their mind to mention their relationship to anyone else. They don’t even care that they’d be frowned upon. It’s just their thing and no one else’s

- Bellatrix who made the job of her life to preserve the Black family tells Alice every little anecdote that shows how dysfunctional they are and in these moments Alice always treats it lightly. She’s not lecturing anymore because she knows Bella need these breaks. Taking it seriously would just put more pressure on her shoulder

- Bellatrix remembers Alice’s sentences perfectly when they make her feel something and give them back to her word by word: sometimes it’s ones that made her feel good, sometimes it’s ones that hurt her

I actually loved thinking about them more to come up with these hcs so I hope you’ll love them too :)))

I’ve already made a post about how I think Bella fell for Alice

And Bella is not the type to be shy so she takes every occasion to talk with Alice. She loves her fierce personality and how she’s never afraid to stand up for what she believes in. However, she openly mocks what she believes in.

Alice falls for Bellatrix provocation. She wants to prove her wrong, she wants to prove her how helping others and caring about them is worth it.

At first, she takes it as convincing any other bully. Though, most bullies don’t care about Alice words and ignore her. Bellatrix doesn’t ignore her. She answers just for the sake of staring into Alice determined eyes longer.

As Alice talks with Bellatrix, she sees her love for her family, for her sisters, how she’s willing to protect it and its reputation against everything. So Bellatrix does not only think about herself and it’s enough for Alice. Because Alice firmly believes there’s good in everybody. She is right but she believes it in a “I can fix them” way. The thing is, it works only if the person is willing to change. Bellatrix is not willing to change.

So Bellatrix falls for how Alice stands up to her and Alice falls for the person Bellatrix could be.

Bellatrix is obviously the first one to make a move. She kisses Alice and Alice doesn’t reject her. And she doesn’t either every other times. When Bellatrix calls her her girlfriend, she also doesn’t correct her.

Bellatrix try to talk with Alice, to get more information, but the gryffindor girl knows Bellatrix and her dark reputation. Saying she’s not answering friendly would be an euphemism. Bellatrix loves it, though, it’s entertaining. And when she’s entertained, she obsesses. When she obsesses, she loves.
