This is my caloric intake from yesterday... I don't count calories usually. But I decided to give it a go and see what it said. I'm not shocked exactly, because I knew I was taking in more than normal. I got obsessed with increasing protein when I started lifting weights, and adding lots of nuts (I add unsalted sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, ground flax seed and almonds to my granola) meant calories were tagging along. Buuuuut I probably didn't need all those peanut m&ms. Here's the way I look at it though, peanuts in the m&ms=protein, protein=meat, I'm basically eating chicken (or beans/tofu for all my veggie heads) ! 😆 And I think people are under the impression that I eat granola a lot because it's 'healthy', but that's not it... I. Just. Love it. I eat it more than once a day! It's probably too much sugar really. Anyway, I need some guidance. I feel like my fitness ap is totally judging me. #youthinkyourbetterthanme #youaintbetterthanme #dontjudgeme #okyouprobablyarebetterthanme #peanutmms #protein #nocalorieleftbehind
