an umbrella term for identities defined by when one's ability to feel, think, or do a certain thing depending on how dark the environment is and/or how close to night it is. they might not talk much during the day or in bright environments but are vocal to some extent during night or in darker environments.

while mostly intended for individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, these terms are not exclusive to & may be used by anyone!
