Hermes (for the ask game)

Hermes:  Do you like traveling? Where is one place you want to travel to?

Yeah I do. I have plenty on the list tbh, starting with exploring the country I’m already in, and Sweden and Russia are a short trip from me. Otherwise, I do plan to visit Greece and come back to Italy at some point as well.

For the ask game: sacred grove 🌳

Sacred grove - where do you go when you want to feel in tune with yourself?

Home. My literal house, but also the areas around it. The bush, the river, hiking up the range. Pottering in my garden, playing and snuggling with my boys, putting the house back in order so maybe a calm environment will bring a calm mind.

No wonder my devotion follows where I feel most comfortable.

6. What drew you to Hellenism? What made you choose it over anything else?

Hmm... This is a tough one! I think I've always been naturally inclined towards it. I was never raised with a specific religion, so for as long as I can remember, I've talked to the gods as my main deities. I officially chose it when I discovered witchblr first, which then led me into the dodekathist side.

So, basically, I've always worshipped them! It's as natural to me as it could be :)

9. Do you listen to devotional music?

If by devotional music you mean 'I once put on a terrible playlist of clown music for Hermes' than yes.

Seriously though, I do have dedicated playlists for some of the gods, as well as one that's general-purpose (and contains any song with a mythology reference lol), but usually I listen to music when I need to write, so I don't listen to them often.

14. Who was the most recent deity you started worshipping?

Probably Thanatos! He was the most recent addition to my worship, even though it was quite some time ago. I keep having on an off relationships with my ability to worship in the way I want to, so I've been hesitant to invite other gods into my life, just in case I can't give them the attention I'd like to.

Ugh to weird anons, how is you week going ? :) any 0lans for Halloween?

My week's been fine so far otherwise, as for Halloween, my plans are to treat myself to candy (as in more than just one) and continue to watch horror movies at the moment. It might change though depending on what my immediate family is doing.
