This is such a travesty & one of the main reasons the DEA & the politicians & the judges & the prosecutors have not pushed for legalization & have fought our progress every step of the way... Cases like this, where descheduling would be an admission that they wrongfully punished so many people... That folks like Antonio who have had their lives taken as political prisoners in an unjust & unholy war waged by our country against its own citizens for so long has taken such a toll... A simple gesture of clemency for an 80+ yr old man who did no harm to anyone... Write letters to Obama & the JOD, let them know how upset you are about how people have been treated because of the stigmatization & wrongful persecution of cannabis users & providers... For so many this has been a tortuous life sentence & our country has blood on its hands... Enjoy your cannabis but never forget the fallen civilian casualties of the War on Drugs, this War on People that we love & remember, bring them home & honor those that have been buried alive in this warped system by never giving up until there is no more drug schedule, no more mandatory sentences, no more DEA...
