((I have no idea how to RP with you, since in order for them to have succeeded in wiping out 1/5th the population they'd have already had to take down SHIELD. Open to suggestions because I like the concept. Have headcanon in the meantime!))
Maria sometimes wonders if the human race as a whole is worth saving, but she'd do anything to protect the individual people. Against all threats be they foreign, alien, or domestic. She live it, breathes it, and believes in it.

The giantess turned to see the two, tilting her head as she looked down at them with three brown eyes- pointed ears splitting braided brown hair with flowers in it. "... Well then. Nice to meet you two... I guess." She didn't know what it was but something about them felt off to her. "Happy Beltane to you." So she was Wiccan... That explained the braids and flowers in her hair.
