I think the Vanoe already has the potential to become canon, if NoeJeanne isn´t the endgame. While I see black for NoeDomi. As Vanoeshipper I really hope for them come together. Even if it is unlikely. But here my theory.
Noe seems very innocent and inexperienced. Despite the fact that Domi has been in love with him for so long, he does not notice her feelings.
When he sees Jeanne and Vanitas dancing, they are put in a certain spotlight. It looks like Noe has just fallen in love with her or has some other positive feeling about her or the dancers.
When he is approached by, I think Domi, he explains that he has felt excruciating pain since he knew that Jeanne would drink Vanitas blood.
Later he asks Vanitas what love is and asks him what he like about Jeanne. He noticed that his heart was palpitations, looking at Jeanne? Why tries to ignore it. Towards the end of the season, we find out that Noe would like to drink Vanitas blood.
We now have two options.
1. Noe is in love with Jeanne and does not recognize it, or wants to cover it up because Vanitas likes her.
Or option 2, Noe is in love with Vanitas.
Noe, who is swarmed by Domi all the time and don´t noticed it, thinks about love for the first time. His reactions are also pretty straightforward and speak of feelings of love. Because yaoi is very rare in mangas that aren't specifically designed for that, I'm afraid it will spill out on NoeJeanne. It would also coincide with the spoiler by Noe noting that it will eventualy kill Vanitas.
Why do I think Vanoe might go canon instead? Because Noe, who apparently didn't just say that, but really wants to drink Vantas blood. Which means that he told Domi the truth. If his feelings were honest and he didn't just say that to distract from his feelings to Jeanne, that can also mean, conversely, that he is really jealous of her.
If Noe fell for Jeanne, it is very sure that Domi's feelings for him remain unrequited.
