Zora groaned, slapping a hand on Asta’s head. "You really are an idiot, aren’t you?" he muttered, shaking his head.

Asta’s confusion deepened, frustration rising again. "What? It’s the truth! I saw it with my own eyes."

Nebra sighed, rubbing her temples as if dealing with a particularly annoying child. "Asta, you’ve known Noelle for how many years now? And you still don’t get it?"

"Get what?" Asta snapped, feeling defensive now.

Zora, clearly losing patience, stepped in front of Asta, meeting his gaze directly. "Noelle’s always been in love with you, you blockhead. Why in the world would she suddenly go for some random circus boy? Use your head for once."

I am kinda surprised at the people who are mad about the Charlotte confession (that he didn't hear it).

It's obvious that they will drag that on not only because japanese fans like the "dance" charlotte makes (aka going nuts etc.) but more importantly: because of asta & noelle! If char confesses and she hits off with yami (or not) asta will know that noelle feels the same for him (because he said that char & noelle operates the same way, hence he will connect the dots) and at this point its to soon for that - why? Because noelle & asta will be end-game and at this point, asta still has eyes for sister lily. So for yamixchar to happen, asta has to grow out of his "i love sister lily" phase (which will probably slowly starting in the next... 20 chapters or so?). Also I am 80% sure yamiXchar will happen, 'cause they will be a crucial plot device for politics, aka the "commoner & noble" dating thingie (u know what I mean lmao). So for asta & noelle dating, yami&char has to be the beginning, to make it more (or less) acceptable. I mean being an outcast and slowly changing the clover kingdom hierarchy is what the stories about soooo.... That being said, we also need some more yamichar moments so that get that ship sailing. But BC is a fast moving story so maybe that will be happening soon. ALSO I want BOTH yamichar & noellaxasta to be happening IN the story, NOT at the end! I want to see a freaking shonen with pairings being relevant in a storie because love + being a couple is LIFE, hence making it more realistic and normal.
