Yes I did it! Many of you may ask what. I made it 4 weeks following and completing my workout schedule! I am human and just like you I have my bad days. Today is one. I even messaged a friend saying I am not wanting to workout. In my own head I was saying I can do it later, tomorrow, just do it and half ass it at least you did it. But I had to take a good look in the mirror. I cared, I knew if I listen to my inner voice I wouldn't just be mad at myself I would hate myself for letting what happened yesterday dictate today. Yes I have dreams, hopes, wishes and yesterday the wind was knock out of my sails. But I made myself stick to my commitment and I did my workout. Not only did my workout but pushed myself to do better then the Friday before. It wasn't easy to get through the workout. I had to keep telling myself no excuse is okay. Yes my legs hurt, to bad, yes my knee wasn't jumping for joy to kneel on it, and so what. We all have choices and sometimes it's hard to fight our inner self but I would rather be mad at me for making me do something then hate myself for not doing something. So even when it gets tough remember you are stronger then those excuses.
