5 months I have invested in myself. This picture makes me cry because I never saw myself being a gym member, or having a trainer helping me reach my goals. I am a stubborn, independent person who hates asking for help, let alone showing any kind of weakness. And so when I made the decisions to invest in myself I was way out of my comfort zone. But it has been the best thing I could have done and will continue to do!! Happy terrific Tuesday! I woke up this morning grateful to feel rested after all the traveling I have done especially after getting back to MN Sunday. I wasn't so excited about playing catch up on my workouts. But after getting to the gym it reminded me why I am doing what I am doing. Not everything is ice cream and rainbows but we can make it amazing and fun. So keep going and go for those goals!

I can't believe I am wrapping my 12th week of my workout routine! If you would have asked me in August when I committed to 3 months of training with a tough love, no excuse person I would be excited to continue my answer would have been no. Happy Friday everyone! Super glad I came to the gym when I did today. I love getting my workout in when I have been but today aloud for a little flexibility so I hit the gym after getting kids to school. You never know who notices you till you are missing. I had so many individuals asking where I have been and telling me good job for keeping up with my workouts. Love this community.
