Covered in university stress and frustrated with managing it all by herself, Mélissa Laveaux had been only klicks away from erasing her my space profile and quitting music for good. However, smart Paris-based label NoFormat! approached her just in time and so Mélissa moved to Paris after acquiring her Bachelor of Arts in Ethics at the University of Ottawa in December 2007. Now in 2013 the woman with the pleasurably crispy voice is set to publish her second longplayer Dying Is A Wild Night on February 25. The album's lead single Postman comes across as a promising and funky companion in our cold february days.
