Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed. 1/4 cup arrowroot flour. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp paprika. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup hot sauce Paleo-friendly. 2 tbsp ghee, melted.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with arrowroot flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Place coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not touching each other. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until wings are crispy and cooked through. In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce and melted ghee. Once the wings are done, toss them in the hot sauce mixture until evenly coated. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley or celery sticks if desired.
