This pose is just fun..it's.just a pose for me not an asana where it has something to teach me internally or spiritually. Let's not confuse fancy poses with a yoga practice taught or practiced with truth and authenticity and with a deep desire to grow. You can still learn yoga poses but it's how you practice, it's who you practice with, and who is your teacher that will help you embark and stay on a path of learning, practicing and embodying the roots of yoga.
