We’re both single parents and our kids are best friends with each other AU
Aoba and Noiz were practically “forced” to spend time with each other as no one else was available to watch over their kids as they played together.
At first, Aoba was hesitant to chat with Noiz since the latter had always been giving him the cold shoulder, always had his walls up, but gradually, they started sharing pieces of information about each other. Initially, they were little things, such as Aoba’s favorite food being his grandmother’s meat and potato stew, while Noiz’s was delivery pizza and pasta, until they delved into deeper things: Aoba’s wife had died during childbirth, whereas Noiz is a divorcee.
Months pass, and they found themselves visiting each other not because their kids wanted to play together, but because they genuinely enjoyed each other’s company.
On Noiz’s birthday, Aoba suggests dinner out with the four of them. They enjoy the celebration, until it starts to rain heavily, so Noiz invites Aoba and his son to spend the night since his apartment is closer.
After tucking their kids into bed, they stay up an extra few hours with a couple of beers. This is when Noiz finds out that Aoba is a lightweight. He tries to pry Aoba’s hand away from the can of beer, but it seems that Aoba is twice as stubborn when he’s drunk.
One thing led to another, and Aoba found himself on top of Noiz, and well, you can guess what happens next...
When Noiz wakes up, Aoba and his son had already left his apartment. How frustrating, he thought. Throughout the next few days, they still frequented each other, but Aoba is noticeably acting very distant.
Finally wanting to address that night, Noiz comes over alone. “I think about it every day and every night,” is the first thing he says. Aoba knows what he’s referring to. He can’t avoid the topic forever, he supposes; they had to talk about it one way or another.
They came to the conclusion that the events of that night clearly meant that they saw each other as more than friends, and it’s up to you to decide what they do next. :)
In Mexico is still 21 so does it count? because of time limitations I don’t know if I’ll be able to participate the whole week. But I wanted to do at least one!
It was supposed to be a quick trip to his home planet to see his friends. But the moment Aoba’s eyes locked with the clearly Force sensitive teenager sitting in an alleyway, he knew it was going to be something so much more.

I was so late posting this Q_Q but I really love NoiAo and about AU theme... what about Captain Aoba and Noiz Pan? X) I have thought about Aoba finally caught Noiz and then... well poor cutiepie... the art speaks better than me about what happened :V <3 <3
