Elliot was surprised to see someone who was dressed similarly to himself. He didn’t seem to remember seeing the individual before now, but maybe they have in the past. There is a lot of people that he has seen in class or parties he has attended for his household. Either way it was strange to see someone within this city in this fashion, most wore outrageous outfits that caught a lot of attention.
