Small question in regards to MGSV and how it went down. Did you ever think that once The Patriots (John's enemy in the series and who he was really fighting against) were taken down and they could finally relax a bit, John would have Venom undergo surgery and Ocelot would undo the hypnotherapy to restore Venom to who he once was?

[ No. I don’t think the idea was ever to undo what had been done to Venom. Medic ‘died’ when he took the bomb for BB - but from him, and John’s personality/memories, was born someone entirely new. I believe that’s how John saw things. ]
