i promised @thwackamabob i'd record a noiseland version of firewalker with me so she'd be able to listen to it but now that we're actually putting it on tape I'm realizing how difficult it is to get the lyrics to make sense without any knowledge of blaseball.

Moaning Lisa [S1 E6] (dir. Wes Archer)

Quite the selection of games. Quite the games to select from. Before we get to what they are, it’s worth noting that the boy in the pink shirt, in front of Martin, is the boy who asks Lisa to do his homework later in the episode.

The Games:

Top Image, extreme left: Lewis is playing, what I’d guess is called, given the letters, ‘Smash the Squirrels’.

Top image, extreme right: Sherri and Terri are playing ‘Time Waste’, as seen clearer in the bottom two images.

They’ve got both ‘Escape from Grandma’s house’ and it’s sequel, the first one appears to be a driving game while the second is more like the version of the game Bart plays in ‘Bart Gets an ‘F’’

Robert Goulet destroyer, apart from being oddly random (and that girl seems to hate him), is made funnier by the fact Goulet played himself in ‘$pringfield’. It’s also seen in the background of the previous entry and ‘When Flanders Failed’.

The yellow game (bottom two images), is called ‘Eat My Shorts’, which is self referential of course.
