I’ve never tried it, but I’m pretty sure if you go to town hall and talk to Isabelle you can actually remove a villager you don’t like. Better than praying to god they leave you.

The "problematic villagers" option, you mean? Iirc, that's just a feature that lets you either forcibly change the clothes/catchphrases or prevent any letters that they'd gotten up to that point from being shown to others.

It's probably more meant to allow players to "clean up" animals that have  offensive/otherwise unfavorable stuff attached to than to encourage them to leave. Although I don't know for sure whether or not complaining often does indeed help them want to move.

tbh these are really bad pictures you can't even see everything cause I had to put my laptop on my roommate's bed to keep the camera still aha. once i find my camera charger (never) i will get actual photos ^_^
