“Bloody hell...thanks for that.”

Ky’lar rubbed at his temples for a few moments, he wasn’t expecting a Jedi to be here --- let alone the Padawan of one of the most famous Generals. This... wasn’t good at all and he even knew this to his very core, but there was no getting around that now.
“Tano.” He said expertly, “I wasn’t expecting to see any....one else here.”

❝ be wary, ahsoka. a spark in the wrong place can set everything ablaze. ❞
OLD FRIEND
nojeditano ;;
Sirens blared outside her window, vehicles whizzed passed, and cries from animals filled her dark room. On most nights she could block that blasted noise out, but tonight proved itself that bliss wasn’t going to be easily bought. Teela, unable to sleep, watched lights from outside spread themselves across her bedroom floor. Rolling over, she pulled her pillow over her ears, hoping memories of an even darker time wouldn’t resonate in her mind.
Her memories of Order 66 seemed to cry louder, harsher, than the sirens outside. Gritting her teeth, she squeezed her eyes shut, but peace would not come. Flashes of events sparked before her mind’s eye---a friend, injured and eventually killed from blaster fire---starving on the streets---blood on her hands from each traitor killed.
“Make it stop!” she choked through gritting teeth, “Just stop!”
Her beging useless, she remained twisted in blankets that wrapped too tight around her legs. The tightness from blankets didn’t help her helpless escapes, it seemed as though the blankets and sheets grew sharp-fingered hands and gripped hard on her body so they could force her to watch the bleak play of Order 66.
A kind face had shown itself in her mind’s chaos---Ahsoka. She was young then and so was Teela herself. They both left the Jedi Order, Ahsoka more recent than herself. Teela had shown her the ropes of living on their own and that even if they left the Jedi, it wasn’t the end. That they could still protect others ---but then the world around them grew dark, terrifying. They couldn’t protect others, let alone themselves.
A knock at her door shattered the torment that raged in her mind. Throwing off her blankets, she rose from her bed and made her way across her apartment to answer the knock.
At the door now, she opened it slowly, cautiously.
“Ahsoka?”

“ Perhaps that wasn’t a good idea. ”
Rey muttered looking at the wookie who gave her a nasty look, he said not to do that she had just refused to listen now they had to make an unscheduled stop. With a huff the falcon was turned around to head towards the nearest planet. As it landed the scavenger was rushed out by a yelling wookie.
“ hmpf ”
Rey grumpled as she left from the Falcon into the city. Kicking the rocks as her arms swung side to side the soon to be jedi crashed right into another rubbing her head she looked up at the other
“ Oh i am sorry ”
