The heat of summer is hell... but the NOKKEN SHIFTS. the RIVER CRAVINGS. I'm literally over here daydreaming about a clear, cold, and beautiful river that I can lurk in and maybe lure in some prey..... AUGHH

One thing about having semi-fluid/seasonal kintypes that you don’t expect is that sometimes you forget that they’re seasonal ‘^^ every year, during the fall/winter seasons, i find myself thinking “wow, i dont feel like a nokken very much… i haven’t had any shifts in a long time and i dont even really think about this ‘type… maybe i should reconsider the identity.” And every year, without fail, the second the sun starts coming back i start having nokken shifts. It genuinely does feel like the nokken part of me hibernates through the cold months and reawakens for the spring and summer. That being said:

Ohhhh my god I need to be in a river right now. Put me in a river pleeaaseeee I need to be in fresh water!!! I need to be swimming in fresh water and eating fish and shapeshifting and making music and luring in unsuspecting humans and just being a little water monster!!! Aaaaaa!!!!!
