Your "all inclusive" holiday partners loose my luggage and all you can do is sort of try to track it down and update me only when I go to you? And you deny any responsibly what so ever? Nice.
Good customer service would have resulted in:
(a) assistance to acquire interim necessities (even basic toiletries!)
(b) offering a discount or rebate for some of you extended tours. You know, like the "Buy Two, Get Third Free" deal you offered people who didn't have to spend their holiday cash on supplies?
