NO LOVE LOST
I vow to myself to never fall in love again. To never let love control me as I once did. The only love I need is my own. When I seek love elsewhere all I find is pain. No love found, no love lost. And today I cannot handle anymore pain. The high is not worth the low anymore. All I need is me. Anyways all love ever was was an illusion. It passes and fades into nothingness like it never existed in the first place. I don’t have to hold onto those illusions anymore. Reality has me grounded. Uncomfortable and alone, but grounded.
