i keep obsessing over the idea that i’m going to mess up one day and disappoint everyone? :( i kind of have intrusive thoughts of suddenly doing something terrible and out-of-character that i would never do but my brain is just like “but what if....... you did... somehow”

okay, so, as an outsider to JJBA, may I ask: who the heck is Jojo and why are there 50 of him

“Jojo” is the family nickname, since most of them have “Jo” in both their first and last names (eg. Joesph Joestar). There’s tons of them because the whole story spans a bunch of generations, from 19th Century Europe to Modern Japan. :3

So, BC, I know you enjoy the Neverhood, so I was just curious what your thoughts about the game Skullmonkeys are, if you have any?

I watched a playthrough of it a few years ago. It looked fun, if difficult, and I thoroughly enjoyed the cutscenes and how they showed different species that were mentioned in the writings on the Hall of Records, like the Ynts (and Skullmonkeys of course). Music is great too, of course. (The fart cutscene was kindof dumb though.)

The only thing I didn’t like though was how… non-definitive the ending is…?? At least in what happened to Klaymen, anyway... I mean the song was great, but otherwise the final cutscene is just… okay, so what happened??? I mean it’s not even a cliffhanger, it just feels unfinished. I remember being really angry when I got to the end after watching the entire playthrough and I was like “THAT’S THE ENDING???” I would’ve liked to have known what happened to Klaymen at the end there, but I guess we’ll never know…

Otherwise though it was great! I’m not sure how it plays since I have no way of playing it myself, but I enjoyed watching the playthrough.

I…actually remember following a Turbo RP/Ask blog. It eventually died out, but I remember it being pretty fun. I actually remade some of that Turbo's outfits in AC:NL.

a lot of them were really good, but it was also funny to see just how many turbo blogs there were in proportion to all the other characters! people also had the opportunity to roleplay as original characters or existing video game characters but i never saw so much of that? and there was just no shortage of turbos

I feel like Papyrus is the type of person who would appreciate a good pun. And that's the problem, none of Sans' are good. He does use that one in his introductory scene, though I'm pretty sure it was used ironically, in a "fight fire with fire" sense.

Yes, Papyrus is the kind who likes quality puns. He makes some himself, and he appreciates some made by other characters (like Undyne calling the toolshed a “coolshed”).

Though Sans’s puns do make him smile--”I AM AND I HATE IT!” I think he does like Sans’s puns to some extent--he just doesn’t like to admit that he does. I’m not sure if he just doesn’t like to admit that bad puns make him laugh, or if he doesn’t want to risk being seen as uncool because he likes his brother’s jokes or something, though.
