What they fight about: Ridiculous things, like Toni leaving the empty carton of milk in the fridge and Steve being annoying about it. They never last long.

Who has more Facebook friends: Toni. Steve actually gave up on Facebook when he found all the ridiculous fake accounts people made for him.

One headcanon about them: Steve is the most patient person in the world when it comes to Toni, even more than Pepper and Rhodey together. Toni pretends that she hates it because that means she can never win an argument with him - unless he lets her - but she loves that she can never get rid of him. As much as she says otherwise.

8. The sun is out, and your muse has dropped their ice-cream. The ice cream truck is long gone now, but it’s fine because my muse is willing to share.

Somehow, Steve had managed to get Toni out of the tower. It was a feat in itself, really, but it’s not like anyone could simply say no to Steve Rogers. He was a very persuasive man. Seriously. How else would Toni find herself out in a sunny day, sitting on a park bench and talking about nothing in particular? It was almost like they were on a cheesy first date. Which they clearly weren’t, and it was only made more clear when they heard an ice cream truck and— Well, they bought ice cream. It was totally a cheesy date.

As the two of them were returning to the bench, Toni couldn’t stop the quick shriek she let out when a frisbee flew right past her. She may have also jumped up a little and bumped against Steve’s arm… And the next thing she saw was Steve’s ice cream on the ground. She snorted. “Leave it to Captain America to be good at pretty much anything but holding on to a cone of ice cream.” Toni muttered teasingly, rolling her eyes and lifting up her own cone to Steve’s lips when he glared at her. It was technically her fault, after all.

'morning, sleeping beauty' (i was thinking of a continuation of our other drunk!toni thread but feel free to do something else xD)

Put “Morning, Sleeping Beauty” in my askbox for my character’s reaction to waking up in bed with yours with no recollection of the night prior.

Holy shit, that had to be the worst headache in the history of mankind. In her life, Toni had her fair share of hangovers - she had a fair share of other people’s hangovers too, to be fair - but for the life of her she couldn’t remember ever having such a painful throb in her temples. Well, she couldn’t remember much right then, really.

With a pained whine, she forced her body move, so she could turn away from the sunlight trying to peek in through her blinders, only to hit something hard as she turned. Hard, and warm. —Wait, did I hook up last night?

Much to her dismay, Toni realized she’d need to open her eyes sooner or later. Preferably sooner. So she rubbed over her closed eyelids, mustering up the courage to let the morning brightness slowly murder her brain. And as it turns out, when she finally opened her eyes, it wasn’t the sunlight that ended up making her feel like she was about to die.

"Steve?!" The shock was enough to have her sitting up way too fast, and then the room was spinning. "What the— Did we fuck?!"

Toni was more than a little bit drunk. There was a benefit auction in New York and the whole team had been invited - mostly they wanted Toni present, with all the money she had to spend and how much she loved to spend it - and thank god there was a bar in the place because it was just so boring.

She had put a bid on a trip to Japan. It would be lovely to go there on vacation rather than business, so she put a quite generous bid on it, too. Feeling like she had done her part by doing so, Toni then spent the night smiling and drinking, and smiling wider the more she drank. She flirted with the caterers, with the bartender, and with Bruce at one point. And then she was giggling on her way out of the restroom when she stumbled right into Steve's chest. Upon looking up she grinned, holding on to his shoulders while straightening up (those heels really weren't made for drunk women) and leaving nail marks on his nice tailored suit.

"You're beautiful." Toni laughed, still holding on to Steve. "You should always dress like this, it suits you. Hah! Suits! The suit suits you. Geddit?"
