I spent about 2 months at an organic farm in Amador county, California this past spring. One of the more rewarding experiences of my life. Work traded for a place to sleep and food in my belly. No money involved, my kind of place. Learned more about becoming self sustainable and being totally self sufficient off the grid. Work trading is a great way to travel on a budget. You get a free place to sleep, plentiful food, and learn some skills. All while connecting with other travelers along the way. The llamas name is Pedro by the way
