What to do when that happens though? Beyond doing everything you can to educate them as to why this will damage (close) their lash fans and negatively affect their retention, sometimes there is not much left to do. 💞💞💞 These clients seem to be fewer and farther between (thank goodness!✨) but still happen. We suggest showing some super-close up photos of their lash line and the extensions. Sometimes it helps to have a fresh fan to compare to a closed one. Let them know that they are paying you for one thing, but ending up with another. After that, don't loose any sleep over it!😅😅😅 You have done what you can. Keep your time regulated for those fill appointments, so you don't go over time at each one, and keep on keeping on.
