The absolute worst part about all of this is laying in bed and all I smell is you. My sweatshirt is engulfed in your scent and it physically kills me inside.

Now I realize why I stopped pushing myself to work out. I realized why it's hard for me to feel confident in myself. Cause every time I try to workout and push myself, you just come in an bring me down. I'm trying my best to work out and be fit and all you do is talk smack and say that I'm fat. Thanks DAD your so awesome! 😡
