Why does the word “dream” sound so positive? I dream every night and my dreams are always haunted with fear, rejection, loss and other negative feelings. I can’t remember the last time I had a dream I woke up feeling good about. I’ll admit that in my daily life I carry around a lot of unnecessary sadness and worry (which I like to think I hide quite well). Maybe these thoughts are affecting my dreams or vice versa. So i’ve decided to start documenting my dreams again to see if I can get to the root of what is happening. If anyone has any tips they use to avoid bad dreams, please do share! Thank you.
