The little one giggled happily, wriggling in the others hold and reaching for a hug. the little nubs on his back kept fluttering with joy and he kept cooing for more attention.

Skywarp held the de-aged Prime at arm’s length, peering at the tiny hands reaching for him skeptically. 

“Err... yeah. Um.”

The wriggling definitely made him nervous and finally, he pulled Optimus closer to his chassis, allowing the hug and keeping a hand under the small aft. Like this, his digits covered part of the youngling’s back and upper legs as well.

Pits, but he was tiny. Tiny - and vulnerable.

“What am I supposed to do?,” he asked no one in particular, close to whining.
