1. So is urusai still biologically 16 or did he continue to age after his revival?
2. Aside from the speaker, claws and fangs what modifications/quirks does he have?
3. Without a warper, how did the LoV get into the USJ, if they did?
0.) So Hizashi/Urusai would've actually been 17 when he died because it occurred during the summer holidays (which occurs between mid-late July to the end of August in Japan). Shota would've been the only 16 year old in the Three Dumbingos and Rooftop Squad at the time. Sorry, that's a very small thing to note, but Hizashi would've been freshly 17 when he died
1.) Urusai body did psychically age, and he is taller than his 17 year old self (I can imagine he's as tall as Kurogiri but hunches over to be 6'2). Mentally, though? I'm still not sure where I go with that as its very much complicated to describe Urusai and Hizashi being one in the same, but 'a walking crashout' is seriously the best way to describe him.
2.) I'll list all the Quirks I actually did put in originally or had in mind for him.
- Earphone Jack. The original Urusai had the plugs and jacks as well, and the Quirk worked in tandem with Voice to make people's ears bleed, though this is not part of it anymore. However, it did go on to inspire other Quirks he has here.
- Speaker related Quirk. Obviously, Urusai has speakers, and I think it's easy to assume what they're for, which is more places that his voice can emit from. They're also in places where he got stabbed. These speakers definitely add a lot more bass or treble to his voices. If you've ever been in the vicinity of a speaker while DJing or learning to DJ (the speakers are usually facing your way), you know you'll need headphones from that alone to prevent ear damage, but dear God Urusai would be that experience turned up to 100
- A cat Quirk. His hearing and eyesight are more advanced (especially night vision), he has claws thanks to these aspects, but it also changes his behaviour in basically being a bit more cat-like because now he has various capabilities of a cat (the reflexes, sight, hearing and partially the attitude, the claws and fangs, though the attitude is more an unintended side effect). I haven't got this aspect for Urusai, but it'd be interesting if he could purr as cats primarily purr when content or when incredibly stressed/in pain
- A voice related Quirk. It makes his voice three different voices (one a lot more low pitched and the other high pitched, his own voice included), and trust me, these voices do actually have different spots in where they emit from the speakers. It's so it reaches two extremes in pitches, even if he's going high or low.
- A strength Quirk. I can't imagine Hizashi as a nomu being made into support like the others in the rooftop squad if they became nomus. Voice is such a powerhouse of a Quirk that it is very much an offensive Quirk, so I can imagine that Garaki and AFO would probably enhance the offence more. This is very much made to go with his claws. In the RP that Urusai originated from, he actually managed to completely deafen a student and also get him almost killed during USJ (he grabbed the kid, threw him into the floor and that kid was making mercury and basically almost died of mercury poisoning). And at the camp event... it was chaos, chaos, I tell you. But yeah, so many people got injured at the hands of Urusai and the LOV.
- Voice. His base Quirk, but it got modified with the other Quirks.
Those are all the Quirks I think would be required for Urusai anyway.
3.) There's a few ways I can imagine this would go, and I'm a fan of all possibilities. All specific to this AU as well
- AFO would actually be their warper, as he would likely have the warping Quirk that makes up Warp Gate in canon, and the other warping Quirk, but would, of course, not be present on the scene. I still think USJ would've happened no matter who died. That's basically a canon event that can't be helped.
- Another nomu that has a warping Quirk, that nomu would probably have been made as a response to Urusai being very unstable, but they can't exactly throw him away so the nomu slots in to keep him sane
- A new LOV member specific to this AU that would hold a very prevalent support role that the LOV would have to be very cautious of losing
- Public transport. This one is very much a joke, but when I first mentioned it to the people, I did it as a half serious joke because public transport is a fucking godsend and I use it to get to college
