Probably. I'm not sure if you're caught up on the light novels (I'm technically not but I know some of what happens) so I don't want to spoil anything, but given the time period I'd say eventually yeah most likely. I don't see Jinshi resting until he gets to put his frog to use and even then I feel like once he does he's not gonna wanna stop 😂 especially because Maomao was raised in the pleasure district and forced to learn tricks of the trade. Girlie knows her way around frogs.
It will be a long time though. Maomao is the queen of denial and especially now that his true identity has been revealed she's going to be even more "I am but a lowly young apothecary, sir. I have no right to want those things or expect them." But we already see evidence even in the anime that she likes him more than she realizes. I mean she spent a whole season and a half waxing poetic about how handsome he is and how it was a shame he didn't have a working dick. 🐸 She thinks about him all the time. She admitted to herself that she missed their bickering when they were apart. She admits that she likes him more when he's acting childish aka more like himself rather than the persona he crafted. She genuinely likes him for him, not for his pretty face.
So, it's really just a matter of time. I'm curious to see how far the anime goes though since they're doing 2 light novels a season. 🤔 Whether or not we see them get married in the anime is debatable, but I imagine by the end of the light novels probably.
