Tag Update

i realise now that after the very unpopular site-wide content ban years ago, looking for spicy posts via mobile tag search is near-impossible so as a heads-up i’ll be changing all “n//s//f//w” tags to “nsft” [meaning “not safe for tumblr”] so please do filter your content experience according to your preferences!

I’ll make a post with an update once the tag changeover is complete!

so last night I woke up at like 3 am and couldn’t fall back asleep so ofc I had to play animal crossing on my phone and the animals were all like super judgmental of me being awake, legit every single one was like “what are you doing up so late” “why are you awake right now” “you should be asleep” like damn I don’t give you shelter in the middle of the digital wilderness to hassle me like this my guys

I’ve been part of Overworst for a while now, and I can honestly say that Overworst has been incredibly fun for me, in part because of all the other cool people of Overworst. I’d really like to do something nice for them, so here’s the plan:

On April 19th, if you want too, please send the other Overwatch blogs some nice messages! It doesn’t have to be much. Just a “Hey I’ve been following you since X and I really like your blog, keep up the good work,” or “I really loved X thing you did/X thread/X post” would be fantastic.

If you don’t have the time/energy to send multiple messages, you can send them to the Overworst blog located here. (Links to all the Overworst blogs are there as well)

If you also follow retailwatch, rejectedwatch, or blackwatch 2.0, this definitely extends to those cool people as well.

I just found this amazing blog and I get hit with the 'archive blog'...?! God... But I wanna see more..! Why does this always happen to me.. But-! No guilt trip or anything. I'm just a little sad to say the least, that I won't be able to see more of your amazing work.

So tomorrow I'm moving from Massachusetts to Florida. I've been going through all of my stuff for packing these last few weeks and I found this gem. I was waiting in line at midnight for the last Harry Potter book over 10 years ago now. I was one of the first people in line to get it (the receipt, which unfortunately I have misplaced, says 12:01 am) and one of the ladies behind the register asked me if I wanted one of the boxes the books came in. I said sure, and while I was carrying it outside, several girls still in line screamed at me "you're the luckiest person in the world!!!!" It was such a good night. And Harry Potter was really my (and I'm sure many peoples) introduction to the world of fandom. I'm grateful my parents kept this for the last decade, great reminder of why fandom makes me happy
