So like...Harrow HAD to have hallucinated that part when Gideon is like a ghost right? Like I feel like if Gideon had ACTUALLY heard her say "I can not conceive of a world without you in it" or whatever Gideon wouldn't have been like so upset in HTN because she is very clueless abt feelings and whatnot, they both are honestly but I DONT KNOW GIRL THATS PRETTT FUCKING CLEAR TO ME.l THAT SHE LIKES YOU AND DID NOT WANT YOU TO DIE. (I mean don't get me wrong it seems like Gideon thinks the only way she can properly show love to someone is to sacrifice herself for them which is like... okay like maybe if someone won't let her die for them, maybe she takes that as some kind of rejection which girl...you need therapy good lord)
Also, I just don't understand why Gideon would say something so cruel as "you are already 200 dead kids what's one more" or whatever she says because yes it could be seen as more self-deprecating which is on brand for Gideon but more than anything it's cruel to Harrow who is like the Queen of self-deprecation so I can see her brain making that up to cope. IDK im on my second read through to GTN after finishing Nona and Harrow so IDK im just thinking out loud here.

Chi Chi was always one of my favorite queens from the series. She’s always gave off such a unique, energetic vibe that I couldn’t help but love the first time I saw her. I looked up to her for skills, but also her approach to life, the way she interacted with the other queens, and the positivity that radiated off of her.
Rest easy, Chi Chi. We’ll miss you.
