Yeah I think the style would clash too much since the model appears to be more detailed than the Persona models we use

I’m just dropping this here, as it’s being shared over the internet. I was wondering if you would comment on this and tell us the thought process behind the renderings, and I was curious if you knew it was breaking the law. I don’t mean this in a rude way - a lot of artists don’t know the laws. I wanted to hear your side. Thank you for your time.

I'm honestly not sure what to say about this because this is the first I've heard about this. However, I will address the biggest red flag there first. We do NOT make any money on Pateron for these, we have no Pateron links nor do we have any donation links available for that exact reason. We are making no money from the models as they are indeed ripped directly from the game and doing so could have resulted in legal trouble that we do not want anything to do with. A quick google search and nothing even comes up for "chocobrotherapy Pateron", no page for it exists. We've not made a penny off of anything we've done here on the blog, a quick look around our main page and all our links will not show you anything you could use to try and support us financially so I'm not sure who told them that we were making any monetary gains here.

But whoever said that has spread misinformation.

We are also friends with the people who ripped these models and talk with them regularly. They are aware of our blog and have never said anything about us doing anything that they didn't agree with, so I'm wondering just who it is who made this post about us. Allow me to reiterate that we have complete permission to make the fanart that we do and we're not doing anything to damage the trust that the people who ripped the models have given us. That not how either of us operates and I will be showing this message to them and asking for their opinions on the matter.

One theory could be that our work is being stolen again and this time someone has the audacity to make a profit from it, and if anyone has actually seen this first hand please let us know right away so that we may try to put a stop to it. We've had issues with our work being stolen in the past, we have

Now, I would like to ask that however is spreading this misinformation contact us creators before they make such bold and baseless accusations in the future. We don't need someone trying to damage the reputation of our blog when we had no idea something like this had been happening. The supposed reliable source hadn't given you the truth and while I'm not accusing them of lying, no further research was put into actually finding out if the accusations were true.

I'm not even sure where this accusation comes from, if someone could tell me the source I would be grateful. I would like to contact them directly and have our name removed from whatever smear campaign they're trying to run and request that everything they shared that was made by us gets removed as soon as possible. We do not need our name attached to anything that would make such claims without first contacting the fanartists involved.
