If One Is Not Able To Say The Last Letter H In The Majestic Name Of Allaah . Then One Is Allowed To Translate It In To One's Own Language.

Beneficial:- When Uttering The Name Of Allaah (God) One Has To Believe That Allaah Does NOT Resemble.(Like) His creation either in one respect or in all respects. That Allaah Exists Without A Place. When There Was No creation Allaah existed and after creating the creation He still exists without being a place or without needing a place.

UK Upper Tribunal clarifies protection claims for non-Arab Darfuris in Sudan

 The case relates to a Sudanese non-national non-Arab Darfuri who had been refused asylum notwithstanding the Asylum and Immigration Tribunals decision in AA (Non-Arab Darfuris-relocation) which concluded that ‘that if a claimant from Sudan is a non-Arab Darfuri he must succeed in an international protection claim’.

In response to the First Tier Tribunal’s decision that the applicant was not covered by AA, the Upper Tribunal confirmed that reference in AA to ‘Darfuris’’ ‘is to be understood as an ethnic term relating to origins, not as a geographical term. Accordingly, it covers even Darfuris who were not born in Darfur’ [14]. Thus, even though the applicant was not born in Sudan, if returned he would be perceived to be a non-Arab Darfuri. Given that the applicant’s submissions relate to the fear of persecution on grounds of race within the 1951 Refugee Convention and that the attitude of the Sudanese authorities to non-Arab Darfuris has worsened, the Upper Tribunal set aside the First Tier judgment for legal error and allowed the appeal of the applicant.

Being the odd one out or the non-linguistic-group belonger

Two weeks ago I had a meeting at work with one of my partners, few managers, and more so senior associates. A total of around 12 work colleagues. And I was the ONLY non-Arab, and the junior-most team member present for the meeting. I expected the meeting to start in Arabic since everyone for whom the meeting was important (i.e. everyone except myself) was Arab, but the partner led it by speaking in English and did not once stop to indulge in Arabic speech or vocabulary. The manager who followed after him also did the same and never once uttered a word of Arabic. They probably would have been more comfortable speaking in Arabic, being their first language and that of everyone else, but just spoke in English to accommodate and include me in the meeting, even though my presence there was not really essential. Just goes to show that sometimes people do things to make others comfortable at a slight expense to themselves.
